What about if we have a "draft day", where we try to get as many people here as possible and then someone broadcasts the randomizer on justin.tv. Therefore we can all watch the randomizer, and then pick our teams.

Not really a big deal either way, just though this could work.

Well, half the users don't even know we are doing it yet...we should try to let everyone know so it doesn't take a week to get all the teams picked.
